Questions, answered.
Is there a contract?
No. The $199, $299 and $499 plans are month to month and you can stop any time. The website is paid at once or over 12 months. If you stop before it is paid in full, the website comes down, because it stays mine until then. Payments are never refunded.
What counts as a call?
A tap on the call button on your Google profile. Google counts it and I show you the number each month.
How does the 90-day promise work?
On day one I save your map and your call count. At day 90 I check the same map and the same searches. If your average map spot and your Google calls are both no better, month four of Phone Ringer is free. It applies to Phone Ringer ($499) only, and website payments are separate.
What is a map spot?
Picture a grid of 169 spots over your town. At each spot I check where you show up when someone searches from there. Your average map spot is the average of all those places. Lower is better, and 1 is the top.
I already have a website. Can I still hire you?
Yes. Both monthly plans work with the website you have. If I build your website, it comes with a Google profile plan ($299 or $499 a month), and hosting and every change are free while you stay on one of them.
Do you give refunds?
No. Payments are never refunded. You can stop a monthly plan any time, and it simply does not renew.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it is paid in full. Until then it is mine. Pay the full $1,499 up front and it is yours on day one.
What if I cancel after the website is paid off?
The website is still yours. You pick: I send you the files to put anywhere you want, or I keep hosting it for $49 a month. Free changes stop when the plan stops.
What stops working if I leave?
Three things run through my system: the form that sends you new leads, the live review count and the call tracking. The website itself keeps working.
Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. If you already have one, it stays yours. I just point it at your new website. If you need one, it gets bought in your name.
Can I make changes to my website?
While you are on Map Climber or Phone Ringer, text me and I make them for free. If you take the files, you or anyone you hire can change them.
What do you need from me?
Your crew photo, your customer list and access to your Google profile. I walk you through each step on our call.
Who does the work?
Me. I'm Mike and I run the system myself. You do not get passed to a sales team.
