Privacy Policy
Class Alpha Solutions ("we," "us") runs the Reputation Engine, a review growth service for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: email us.
What we collect
- Signup information. When you sign up we collect your name, email, phone number, company details, and the business registration details (such as legal name and tax ID) required to register your texting number with US carriers.
- Files you upload. Logos, photos, and customer contact lists you provide so we can run your review campaigns.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Campaign activity. Delivery status of the messages we send for you and clicks on your review links, so we can report results to you.
How we use it
We use your information for one thing: providing the service you signed up for. That means setting up your account, registering your texting number with carriers, sending review requests to your customers on your behalf, and reporting the results back to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your customer lists for anything except your own campaigns.
Text messaging consent data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Your customers' information
Customer lists you upload stay yours. We use them only to send your review requests, we do not share them with other clients or any third party for their own use, and we delete them when you ask or when you leave the service.
Google user data
Where you authorize us to help manage your Google Business Profile, including through Google's APIs, we access only the data needed to provide the service, such as your business listing details and reviews. We use that data solely to monitor reviews, help you respond to them with your approval, and report your results to you. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Google (business profile and review tools), our messaging carrier partners (text delivery and required carrier registration), and our hosting and database providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as needed for legal and tax records afterward. Want something corrected or deleted? Email us and we will take care of it.
Security
Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. Credentials and tax identifiers are restricted to the systems that need them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be emailed to active clients.
