Why is there no website build fee?
The website is part of the ongoing website and reviews service. There is no separate build fee, and the $199 monthly subscription is required to keep the site live and the service running.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel the monthly subscription. The website is licensed for use while you are subscribed, and the website service and hosting end with the subscription. Your Google reviews remain on your Google profile, subject to Google’s rules.
What changes to the site are included?
Routine website upkeep and content updates are included. A full redesign, new features, or work beyond normal upkeep is quoted separately before that work begins.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You keep ownership of your accounts. After signup, we help you connect the accounts needed for review replies and social posting using the relevant access permissions.
Can I see the website before I sign up?
Yes. The homepage preview is how you see the direction before deciding. Reply to Mike’s original text if you need your preview link again or have a question about it.
Is this the same as the review plans on your homepage?
This is the website and reviews offer for businesses Mike has contacted with a homepage preview. The public review plans are a separate service priced by monthly job volume. You do not need to buy both plans.
What if Mike has not sent me a preview?
Book a conversation with Mike about your business and website. He can discuss the right next step with you. This signup is for businesses that have already received the website offer.
